CODY OSGOOD
Cody Osgood is an accomplished real estate agent known for his exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Cody holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, providing him with a strong foundation in analytical thinking and process optimization.
Born and raised in a family of realtors, Cody's exposure to the world of real estate began at a young age, igniting a deep interest in the industry. In 2016, inspired by his mother and grandmother who were both successful realtors, Cody decided to obtain his real estate license. He joined forces with his mother and continues to work alongside her, leveraging their combined expertise and creating a formidable team.
Throughout his career, Cody has gained experience in handling both residential and commercial transactions. His portfolio includes working with both sales and rentals. With a keen understanding of the market dynamics and a deep commitment to client satisfaction, Cody has successfully closed over 100 individual transactions, amounting to an impressive $48 million in sales or leases over the past five years.
